§ 1 Scope of application

(1) This Regulation applies to the provision of new, simple pressure vessels on the market.(2) Simple pressure vessels within the meaning of this Regulation are welded containers manufactured as standard,

which are not exposed to any flame exposure,
4.

(3) This Regulation shall not apply to:

§ 2 Safety requirements

§ 3 Conditions for provision on the market

§ 4 CE marking

(1) The information given in Annex II (1) of Directive 2009 /105/EC as well as in the case of § 3 (1) also The CE marking must be visible, legible and permanently affixed to the container or to a label which cannot be removed from the container.(2) The CE marking shall consist of the letters 'CE' in accordance with Annex II to Directive 2009 /105/EC.
