Pursuant to Section 6 (1) sentence 3 of the Weapons Act, as amended by the Notice of 8 March 1976 (Bundesgesetzbl. I p. 432), the Federal Government is responsible for:

§ 1
Section 28 (1) and (8), section 29 (1), section 33 (1), section 35 (1) and (5), section 37 (1), section 39 (1), § § 41 to 46, 58 and 59 of the Weapons Act and § § 8, 33 to 41 of the First Ordination on the Weapons Act of 24 May 1976 (Bundesgesetzbl. 1285) shall not be applied to the following services and their staff, to the extent that they are employed in the service:

The Federal Ministry of the Interior, Federal Ministry of Justice, Federal Ministry of Finance, Federal Ministry of Food, Agriculture and Consumer Protection, Federal Ministry of Defence, subordinated services;

in the business unit of the Federal Chancellery to the Federal Intelligence Service;

the Federal Office for Economic Affairs and Export Control (BAFA), the Physikalisch-Technische Bundesanstalt, the Federal Institute for Materials Research and Testing (Bundesanstalt für Materialforschung und -prüfung;

In the division of the Federal Ministry of Transport, Building and Urban Development, the departments of the Water and Shipping Administration of the Federal Government, the Maritime Trade Association, in so far as it exercises maritime safety tasks, the authorities of the Federal Ministry for Transport, Building and Urban Development Aerial view of the federal government.

(1) This Regulation shall enter into force on the day after the date of delivery. (2)
