§ 1

§ 2

This regulation applies in accordance with Section 14 of the Third Transfer Act of 4. January 1952 (Bundesgesetzbl. 1) in connection with Section 240 of the Bundesentschädigungsgesetz (Bundesentschädigungsgesetz) in the Land of Berlin; it does not apply in the Saarland.

§ 3

(1) This regulation occurs with effect from 1. April 1956, in force.(2) Insofar as before the announcement of this Regulation costs following the announcement of the President of the Federal Supervisory Office for the Insurance and Construction Savings of 19.
