§ 1 Reference size of social security

The reference quantity (East) within the meaning of Section 18 (2) of the Fourth Book of the Social Code amounts to 25,200 DM per year and 2,100 DM per month from 1 January 1992. Unofficial table of contents

§ 2 Contribution limits in pension insurance in the accession area

The contribution rate limits (East) shall be as from 1 January 1992

in the pension insurance of the workers and the employees 57,600 DM per year and 4,800 DM per month,

2.

DM 70,800 per annum and DM 5,900 per month in the pension insurance scheme.

§ 3 Values for maximum annual earnings in annexes 3 to 6 to the right to claim and the law on the transfer of goods

§ 4 Equation factors for pension insurance in pension insurance

The adjustment factors for the determination of the value of assimilated dynamic rights in accordance with § 3 (2) (1) (a) of the Supply Compensation Reconciliation Act are at the time of a decision on the supply balance in time from 1 January 1992 to 30 June 1992

Section 5 Adaptation of the current pension value (East)

§ 6 Adaptation factor in accident insurance

The adjustment factor for the cash benefits to be adapted from 1 January 1992 to the statutory accident insurance for accidents at work within the meaning of § 1153 Reichsversicherungsordnung amounts to 1,1165. Unofficial table of contents

§ 7 Care allowance

The nursing allowance of the statutory accident insurance within the meaning of § 1151 of the Reich Insurance Code amounts to between 266 Deutsche Mark and 1,064 Deutsche Mark per month from 1 January 1992. Unofficial table of contents
