That is pursuant to sentence 7 resulting pension to 900 German mark monthly from January 1, 1973 to further 9.5 per cent increase funding; Pension amounts on 901 DM monthly will be from January 1, 1973, at 7 per cent, but at least to a monthly total of 86 German mark increased, with however the maximum German mark shall not be exceeded by 1 471. That is pursuant to sentence 8 resulting pension to 900 German marks monthly from 1 January 1974 to another 12 per cent increase funding; Pension amounts on 901 DM monthly will be from 1 January 1974 to 9 per cent, but at least to a monthly fee of 108 Deutsche Mark increased, with however the maximum German mark shall not be exceeded by 1 605. That is pursuant to sentence 9 resulting pension to 900 German mark monthly from January 1, 1975 by another 6 per cent increase funding; Pension amounts on 901 DM monthly will be from January 1, 1975 to 5 per cent, but at least to a monthly fee of 54 German mark increased, with however the maximum German mark shall not be exceeded by 1 686. Which is pursuant to sentence 10 resulting pension to 900 German marks monthly from 1 February 1976 to 5 per cent increase funding; Pension amounts on 901 DM per month are from 1 February 1976 to 4 per cent, but at least to a monthly fee of 45 German mark increased, with however the maximum German mark shall not be exceeded by 1 750. That is pursuant to sentence 11 resulting pension to 900 German marks monthly from 1 February 1977 to 5 per cent increase funding; Pension amounts on 901 DM per month are from 1 February 1977 to 4 per cent, but at least to a monthly fee of 45 German mark increased, with however the maximum German mark shall not be exceeded by 1 821. That is pursuant to sentence 12 resulting pension up to 1 200 German marks monthly from 1 March 1978 by additional 4.2 per cent increase funding; Pension amounts from 1 201 German mark monthly are as of March 1, 1978 to 3.7 per cent, but at least to a monthly fee of 50 German mark increased, with the maximum amount Deutsche mark shall not be exceeded by 1-888. That is pursuant to sentence 13 resulting pension up to 1 200 German marks monthly from March 1, 1979 to another 4 per cent increase funding; Pension amounts from 1 201 German mark monthly are as of March 1, 1979 to 3.4 per cent, but at least to a monthly fee of 48 German mark increased, with the maximum amount Deutsche mark shall not be exceeded by 1 949.
