§ 1 Scope

application (1) This Regulation is based on the provisions of the 31. Loans granted by the public sector or similar groups of persons from public budgets of the Federal Government, directly or indirectly, for the promotion of family heists (§ 7 of the Second Housing Act) or of self-used condominies (Section 12 of the Second Housing Act).(2) This Regulation shall not apply to loans for which a standard rate of interest of 3.5 or 4.5 shall have been contractually agreed upon in each case by the hundred or by 0.5 per cent of the hundred reduced interest rates. § 2 Interest rate increase

(1) The loans are subject to § 3, with an interest rate of 4.5 per annum, of interest.(2) The higher rate of interest shall begin with the payment section following the entry into force of this Regulation (Section 18b (4) of the Housing Law). Non-official table of contents

§ 3 Limit of interest rate hike

The rate hike in accordance with § 2 para. 1 is limited so that the monthly additional charge 100 German mark per apartment does not exceed. Non-official table of contents

§ 4 exclusion period

Objections to the effect of the rate increase under this Regulation may be made by the The debtor shall only be made available within six months from the date of receipt of the notice on the increase in interest.
