In accordance with § 115 (1) sentence 5 of the Code of Civil Procedure in the version of the Notice of 5 December 2005 (BGBl. I p. 3202; 2006 I p. 431; 2007 I p. 1781) is made known on the basis of the communication of the Bavarian State Ministry of Justice and Consumer Protection of 21 November 2012: the amounts determined from 1 April 2012 onwards, pursuant to § 115 (1) Paragraph 1 (1) (b) and (2) of the Code of Civil Procedure shall be deducted from the party's income

1.

for parties which generate income from gainful employment (Article 115 (1), third sentence, point 1 (b) of the Code of Civil Procedure), 197 euro,

2.

for the party and its spouse or partner (Article 115 (1) sentence 3 (2) (a) of the Code of Civil Procedure), 432 euros,

3.

for any other person who undertakes the party on the basis of statutory maintenance obligations, depending on their age (§ 115 (1) sentence 3 (2) (b) of the Code of Civil Procedure):

a)

Adults 345 Euro,

b)

Young people from the beginning of the 15th up to the completion of the 18. Life Year 326 Euro,

c)

Children from the beginning of the seventh to the completion of the 14. Life Year 286 Euro,

d)

Children up to the completion of the sixth year 252 Euro.
