§ 1

(1) The third sentence of the Third Law of 6 December 1954 concerning the acquisition of security services and guarantees for the promotion of the German economy of 6 December 1954 (Bundesgesetzbl. 365), the amount of DM two hundred million marks is increased by two hundred million Deutsche Mark to the detriment of the special ERP assets to four hundred million Deutsche Mark. (2) The amount of Deutsche Mark to be transferred in accordance with the above rules Security services and warranties are administered by the federal debt administration in accordance with the statutory provisions applicable to the administration of the general federal debt. The Federal Minister for Economic Cooperation and the Federal Minister for Economic Cooperation and the Federal Minister for Economic Cooperation and the Federal Minister of Economic Cooperation and the Federal Minister for Economic Cooperation are jointly responsible for
