§ 1 Means of the corresponding application of Section 15 (2) of the BEG

§ 15 Measurement of the Hundred Sentence

§ 15a The surcharges and surcharges in the calculation of the Hundred Sentence

§ 16 Minimum pension

§ 17a Payment of the pension

Section 21 Redetermination of the pension in the event of change of circumstances

Section 22 Calculation of the capital compensation

(1) The capital compensation shall be calculated in such a way that for each full month, from the date of the impairment of the employability by at least 25 from the hundred to the 31. (2) Claim to the aid pursuant to § 41a BEG , even if a tracking-related reduction in the earning capacity of at least 70 of the hundred has been established before the death of the person being persecuted, the persecuted person referred to the minimum amount of the pension pursuant to § 32 paragraph 2 BEG. Section 23d Transitional provisions for amendments to this Regulation

(1) The unquestionability or the legal force of a decision which has been taken prior to the proclamation of an amending Regulation shall not prevent any further decision taken on the terms of the provisions of this Regulation as amended by the amending Regulation. (2) As far as the change results in a performance improvement for current pensions, there is no need for a special application. (3) In the re-decision on the claim, the compensation bodies are to the actual findings, on which the indisputable prior communication or (4) The provisions of paragraphs 1 to 3 shall apply accordingly to the extent that the claims have been settled by comparison or severance before the date of the announcement of the amending Regulation. This does not apply in so far as the consideration of future performance improvements has been expressly excluded. (5) Insofar as before the proclamation of the amending regulation claims of beneficiaries by indisputable communication or by legally enforceable In this case, it shall be entitled to the right of appeal to the beneficiaries of the court.
