Type 6 Transitional provision

(2) By way of derogation from § 30 (4) sentences 2 and 4 to 7 of the Federal Supply Act, the amount of the settlement income for the years 1980 and 1981 shall be determined by the fact that: the amount of the settlement income in each case in the previous year is increased by 4 per cent and is rounded upwards to the full German mark. Art 7 Berlin-clause
