§ 1 Principle

Pensions from the pension scheme, including pensions from the voluntary supplementary pension scheme, as well as pensions from the accident insurance scheme and the war damage pensions, are included in § 19 of the Pensions Act for reference periods. as from 1 January 1991, in accordance with Articles 2 to 4 of this Regulation. This does not apply to the benefits referred to in § 9 of the Pensions Act and benefits in accordance with § § 9 to 11 of the pension scheme of the Deutsche Reichsbahn and services in accordance with § § 9 to 11 of the German Post's pension scheme. § 2 Pensions from pension insurance

Pensions from the pension scheme shall be adjusted by increasing the amount determined in accordance with the rules applicable by 15 of the hundred. Unofficial table of contents

§ 3 Pensions from accident insurance

The pension from the accident insurance scheme for accidents at work and occupational diseases, which occurred before 1 January 1991, shall be calculated on the basis of a calculation basis increased by 15 per hundred. § 4 War Damage Pensions

§ 5 Effects on social surcharge

§ 6 Pensions with supplementary pensions

(1) Pensions which were not to be equal to supplementary pensions under Section 23 (1) of the Pensions Act shall be fixed in accordance with the provisions of the Pension Regulation applicable to employees without supplementary pension provision and shall be determined in accordance with the provisions of the Provisions of the First and Second Section of the Pensions Act. Section 7 Calculation of pension rights arising from the pension insurance scheme from 1 January 1991 to 30 June 1991
