The following provisions shall enter into force on the day following the date of the promulgating of the law in Force:

§ 1587a (3) (2), last sentence of the Civil Code, as amended by Article 1 (1). 20;

Article 3 (1), insofar as § 4 (2), § 6 (1) and § 19 of the marriage law lose their effectiveness, and Article 3, no. 2;

§ 1304c paragraph 3 of the Reichsversicherungsordnung in the version of Article 4 (1) (e);

§ 83c Article 4 (3) of the German Insurance Act, as amended by Article 4 (2) (d)
5.
§ 96b of the Reichsknappschaftsgesetz (Reichsknappschaftsgesetz), as amended by Article 4 (3). Point (d);
6.
§ 23c of the Law of the Judith Constitution, as amended by Article 5 (2);
7.
Articles 7 Nos. 2 and 3;
8.
Article 8, No. 2, letter f;
9.
Article 12 No. 10, to the extent that the procedure is in accordance with § 44b of the law on the matters of voluntary jurisdiction concerned
