§ 1 Proof of death
(1) Death or the death or death status under the Vanity Act or under other legislation is regularly detected by public documents. § 3 Claims Requirement in accordance with § 4 BEG
If the conditions of § 4 BEG are not fulfilled in the person of the deceased persecuted, the right to compensation in accordance with § § 15 to 26 BEG only has the survivor level, to which the conditions of § 4 BEG apply; it is sufficient not that the conditions of eligibility of § 4 BEG are fulfilled in the person of another survivor.

§ 8 Parentless grandchildren
(1) Claims under § § 15 to 26 of the BEG are entitled to the parental-free grandchildren of a persecuted person, if the persecuted person had taken them into his home and no other persons are legally obliged to support him. § 5 (3) shall apply mutagenously. § 11 Classification into a comparable civil servant group

§ 12 Hundreds of Accident Rates and pensions
(1) The total accident rate for the purposes of this Regulation amounts to 66 2/3 of the hundred of pensionable remuneration (§ 10). § 13 Hundred Rate of the pension

§ 14 Minimum pension
The monthly minimum amount of the pension according to § 19 BEG may not be undershot, unless otherwise provided by the Federal Compensation Act and this Regulation.

§ 15 Distribution of benefits to be calculated
In the case of the payment of benefits to current pensions in accordance with § 10 BEG, the amount to be charged shall be distributed in such a way that at least half of the minimum amount of the pension which is legally entitled to the survivor remains.

Section 16 Payment of the pension
(1) The pension shall be paid in monthly prepaid amounts from the first of the month in which the conditions for entitlement to a pension are met, but at the earliest on 1 November 1953. (2) The survivors shall be obliged to submit a life certificate to the competent compensation authority on their request once a year. (3) If the survivor has a legal representative, he shall be subject to the obligations laid down in paragraphs 1 and 2.

§ 20 Violation of the obligation to notify
If the survivor or his legal representative fails to comply with the obligations laid down in § 19, the payment of the pension may be suspended in whole or in part. This shall only apply if the survivor or his legal representative has previously been referred to these legal consequences.

Section 21 Redetermination of the pension in the event of change of circumstances
(1) In the case of § 21 BEG, the pension shall be reestablished with effect from the first of the month following the month in which the circumstances have changed. (2) A reduction or withdrawal of the pension shall be effected at the end of the period of delivery of the pension. Modest following month effective. If the survivor has culpably prevented or delayed the remission of the person, the repayment of the repaid pension may be ordered.

Section 22 Calculation of the capital compensation
(1) The capital compensation shall be calculated in such a way that for each full month, from the date of death of the persecuted to the 31. The amount of the pension calculated in accordance with § § 18 to 20 of the BEG shall be based on the earlier date referred to in Article 18 (3) of the EC Treaty, which shall not be applicable to the month of November 1953. If, for the month of November 1953, there is no entitlement to a pension, the calculation of the capital compensation shall be based on the amount of the amount of the last calendar month in which the conditions for entitlement to a pension have been met. (2) If and for as long as the pension had been rested during a period of time before 1 November 1953 (Section 22 of the BEG in the version of the Law of 29 June 1956), this should be taken into account in the assessment of the compensation of the capital. (1) In the cases of § 5 (2) (5), § 7 (1) (2) and (13), the official foreign currency exchange rate shall be used in the evaluation of the income obtained or recoverable abroad. If, in the case of the conversion of the income on the basis of the official exchange rate for the benefit of the surviving person, a deviation of at least 10 from the hundred compared to the conversion of the income after the purchasing power of the foreign currency is obtained, the Purchasing power is appropriately taken into account. In this case, the average values of the foreign exchange rates and the purchasing power policies are to be compared for each year. (2) In the case of the resurrecy of the pension according to § 23 of the BEG, benefits are to be calculated on the basis of the pension payable by the widow or the widower on the basis of of a new entitlement in foreign currency acquired as a result of the dissolution or annulment of the marriage, paragraph 1 shall be applicable to the evaluation of such benefits.

Section 22b Key date for the redetermination of pensions
Pensions which are to be granted or re-established pursuant to the Federal Compensation Act or this Regulation of 18 September 1965, or whose revocation from that date shall not apply, shall be granted or renewed with effect from 1 September 1965 set.

Section 22c Transitional provisions for amendments to this Regulation
(1) The unquestionability or the legal force of a decision which has been taken prior to the proclamation of an amending Regulation shall not prevent any further decision taken on the terms of the provisions of this Regulation as amended by the amending Regulation. (2) As far as the change results in a performance improvement for current pensions, there is no need for a special application. (3) In the re-decision on the claim, the compensation bodies are to the actual findings, on which the indisputable prior communication or (4) The provisions of paragraphs 1 to 3 shall apply as long as the claims by comparison or severance have been settled before the date of the proclamation of the amending Regulation. This does not apply in so far as the consideration of future performance improvements has been expressly excluded. (5) Insofar as before the proclamation of the amending regulation claims of beneficiaries by indisputable communication or by legally enforceable In this case, it shall be entitled to the right of appeal to the beneficiaries of the court.
