On the basis of § 50 of the Bundesbesoldungsgesetz, which is defined by Article 2 (3) of the Law of 13 May 2015 (BGBl. 706), the Federal Ministry of the Interior, in agreement with the Federal Ministry of Defence and the Federal Ministry of Finance, is responsible for the following: Unofficial table of contents

§ 1 Conditions of the claim

(1) Soldatinternally and soldiers in grades of the Bundesbesoldungsordnung A may be granted a multi-work remuneration, to the extent that additional work is carried out within the framework of a service
1.
in the troop service,
2.
on the basis of a service plan, or
3.
for the execution of a non-postponable and time-bound result in the public interest.
(2) The remuneration shall be granted where the additional work
1.
have been arranged or approved in writing,
2.
may not be compensated for by service exemption within one year for compelling service reasons, and
3.
the working time resulting from the regular weekly working time exceeds by more than five hours in the calendar month (minimum number of hours).
(3) As far as only during part of a calendar month service has been served, the minimum number of hours for the pro rata working time shall apply. It is reduced in part-time employment according to the extent of the approved part-time work. (4) If no fixed daily working time is determined, the regular weekly working time is exceeded in a calendar week, which is in the previous month has begun to be attributed to the current calendar month. § 2 Determination of the claim

(1) One hour of extra work is the full hour of the hour. For a fraction of at least 30 minutes, rounded off, otherwise rounded. (2) For service on standby, an hour of extra work will be done on average only in accordance with the experience of the activity in question. § 3 Height of entitlement in full-time employment

The remuneration is per hour for full-time employees
1. in grades A 3 and A 4 11,99 Euro,
2. in grades A 5 to A 8 14,16 Euro,
3. in grades A 9 to A 12 19,44 Euro,
4. in grades A 13 to A 16 26,77 Euro.

§ 4 Height of entitlement in part-time employment

(1) Part-time employees receive remuneration per hour until the regular working hours of full-time employees are paid, in the amount of the percentage of the remuneration corresponding to one hour of the corresponding full-time employees. (2) The monthly salary of the corresponding full-time employees is to be divided by the 4,348 -fold of their regular weekly working time. Remuneration which is not subject to the pro-rata reduction in accordance with § 6 (1) of the Bundesbesoldungsgesetz (Bundesbesoldungsgesetz) is not taken into account. (3) Multi-time work, which goes beyond the regular working time of full-time employees, is remunerated in accordance with § 3. Unofficial table of contents

§ 5 Exclusion of entitlement

(1) The remuneration shall not be granted in addition to
1.
Foreign services or the foreign use surcharge in accordance with § § 52 to 54 and 56 of the Bundesbesoldungsgesetz (Bundesbesoldungsgesetz),
2.
Remuneration in accordance with the Soldatenremuneration Regulation,
3.
Remuneration in accordance with the Ordinance on Remuneration Remuneration.
(2) In the case of the granting of a vacancy supplement according to point 7 or point 8 of the preliminary remarks of Annex I of the Bundesbesoldungsgesetz (Bundesbesoldungsgesetz),
1.
Soldiers of the Observations and Investigation Service, who are mainly employed in the field, the full amount of the remuneration,
2.
Other soldiers of grades A 3 to A 8 shall pay the remuneration only to the extent that they exceed the employment allowance,
3.
All other soldiers do not pay the remuneration.
(3) If the grant of a remuneration is excluded in whole or in part, in addition to a job supplement, this shall also apply to a compensatory allowance granted after the vacancy supplement has been omitted, as long as it is not yet consumed up to half. Unofficial table of contents

§ 6 Entry into force

This Regulation shall enter into force on 1 January 2016.
