When checking the admissibility of extradition, a a serious act within the meaning of Article 2 (1) of the Convention, or a serious offence within the meaning of Article 2 (2) of the Convention, not as a political offence, as a political offence, or as a political offence, or as a political offence, (a) the offence of movement, if, in the event of consideration of all the circumstances, in particular the motivations of the perpetrator and the nature of its execution and its consequences, it is not an appropriate means to achieve the objective which it seeks to achieve; . This law is also applicable in the Land of Berlin, provided that the Land Berlin determines the application of this law. Table of Contents
(1) This Act shall enter into force on the day following its announcement. (2) The date on which the Convention enters into force for the Federal Republic of Germany pursuant to its Article 11 (2) or (3) shall be in the Announcement of the Federal Law Gazans.
