Article 1 Subject matter

This Regulation regulates the selection, training and examination of the shortened ascendancy of police officers and police officers of the central police service in the upscale police execution service in the Federal Police in accordance with § 16 of the Federal Police Careers Ordinance. § 2 Objectives of the training

§ 3 Selection procedure

(1) The Federal Police Presidium decides on the admission to the shortened ascent on the basis of the results of a selection procedure. The selection procedure will be carried out by the Federal Police Academy. (2) The selection procedure will determine whether the applicants have their knowledge, skills and personal characteristics for the upscale. Police execution service in the Federal Police with a limited number of offices (§ 16 (4) of the Federal Police Careers Ordinance) are suitable. § 4 Duration and outline

(1) The training lasts for a total of six months and is divided into

§ 6 Service supervision and implementation

(1) The Federal Police College shall carry out the service supervision of the police officers and police officers taking part in the training during their training. § 8 Jurisdiction

§ 9 Examination Commission

(1) The Examination Office of the Federal Police College shall establish an examination board for the conduct of the examination interview. If necessary, several examination commissions can be set up. In this case, the Examination Office shall ensure that all examination commissions apply the same valuation standards. (2) The Examination Board shall consist of:
1.
a civil servant or an official of the higher service as chairman or chairman; and
2.
two senior civil servants who can be awarded an office of grade A 13 (upper-class service) and who hold at least one grade A 11.

§ 10 Content and implementation

(1) The subject matter of the examination interview shall be the training areas listed in § 5 (2). The participants will be able to demonstrate that they can master the content of the training and relate to each other, and that their knowledge and skills meet the requirements of the high-level police execution service. (2) The examination interview is usually carried out as a group examination. A group may consist of a maximum of four examiners. (3) The examination time shall be 30 to 40 minutes for each participant in the examination subject. (4) Subject, course and outcome of the examination interview shall be logged by a protocol guide or a protocol guide to be determined by the Examination Office. The minutes are to be signed by the members of the Examination Committee. (5) The examination interview is not public. A representative of the Federal Ministry of the Interior and the Federal Police Office, the head of the Federal Police Academy, and members of the Examination Office may participate in the respective representative. § 12 Existence

Section 13 Long-distance and resignation

(1) In case of absence or resignation from the examination interview without the approval of the examination office, the examination interview shall be deemed to have not been passed. § 14 Täuschung and order violation

§ 15 Repeal

(1) Examination participants who did not pass the examination interview can repeat it once. In exceptional cases, the Federal Ministry of the Interior may, upon request, allow a second repetition. (2) The Examination Office shall determine the time limit within which the examination interview can be repeated. The repetition is to be carried out at the earliest one month after the unpassed examination. (3) The points reached in the repetition have been replaced by the previous ones. § 16 Final certificate and communication on the non-passed examination interview

(1) If you have passed the examination interview, you will receive a certificate from the Examination Office. The final certificate contains at least the ranking score of the examination interview and the grade. (2) Those who did not pass the examination interview will receive a communication from the Examination Office about the services rendered and the non-existence. Those who have not passed the examination interview will receive a communication from the Examination Office about the final non-existence. (3) Errors and obvious inaccuracies in the determination or notification of the examination result will be provided by the Audit office corrected. Incorrect final certificates are to be returned. Section 17 Examination files and inspection

(1) For each participant in the examination, the Examination Office carries out an examination file. (2) The examination file must be included in the examination files.

the minutes of the examination, and
2.
a copy of the final certificate or the date of the examination of the examination interview which has not been passed or which has not been passed definitively.
(3) The examination records shall be kept at the examination office for at least five years and not more than ten years. They can be kept electronically. (4) At the request of the examination participants, after the examination interview has been completed, the examiners can inspect their examination file. § 18 Responsibility for the decision on contradictions

The Examination Office of the Federal Police Academy decides on contradictions against decisions in the examination procedure which are taken under this Regulation.
