Species 1

The Protocol, signed in Brussels on 27 June 1997 by the Federal Republic of Germany, on the recasting of the International Convention of 13 December 1960 on Cooperation for the Safety of Air Navigation "Eurocontrol", corresponding to the various amendments made and the amendments thereto annexed to the Final Act of 27 June 1997 by the Diplomatic Conference of 27 June 1997 and the Additional Protocol of 27 June 1997 concerning the transition from the scheme to the Multi-party Agreement of 12 February 1981 on air navigation service charges to the Regulation in accordance with the relevant provisions of the recast of the International Convention for the Safety of Air Navigation "Eurocontrol", as amended in 1997 in Brussels, including Annex IV thereof. agreed. Type 2

(1) The provisions of Article 3, second sentence, point (b) and (c) of Annex IV to the Convention ("Provisions on the common air traffic control system") The Federal Ministry of Transport and Digital Infrastructure of the Federal Republic of Germany (Federal Ministry of Transport and Digital Infrastructure) is responsible for making the decisions taken in the Federal Republic of Germany. (2) The Federal Ministry of Transport and digital infrastructure shall be authorized to determine, by means of a legal regulation without the consent of the Bundesrat, any deviations from a decision referred to in paragraph 1 if the decision of that decision provides for it. Art 3

The collection of the fee referred to in Articles 6 and 7 of Annex IV to the Convention shall be made on the administrative route by the Federal Republic of Germany. For the purposes of the Agreement, the fee shall be deemed to be the Federal Government's public-law monetary claim under Article 4 of Annex IV to the Convention. The Administrative Enforcement Law in the revised version published in the Federal Law Gazette, Part III, outline number 201-4, the latest by Article 15, paragraph 1, of the Law of 21 November 2016 (BGBl. 2591), it shall apply. Species 5

(1) This Act shall enter into force on the day following the announcement. (2) The date on which the Protocol shall enter into force for the Federal Republic of Germany in accordance with its Article II, paragraph 3, shall be announced in the Federal Law Gazprom. Unofficial table of contents
