In light of the amended decree of 24 December 1985 on the designation of controlled origin " Coteaux du Languedoc " ;
In view of Decree No. 2001-510 of 12 June 2001 on the application of the Consumer Code with regard to wines, Sparkling wines, sparkling wines and liqueurs wines;
Given the proposal of the National Wine and Life Committee of the National Institute of Appellations of Origin on 9 and 10 November 2005,
Décrète:
Article 3 of the decree of 24 December 1985 is replaced by the following provisions:
" Art. 3. - In order to be entitled to the appellation of origin ' Coteaux du Languedoc, supplemented or not by one of the names provided for in Article 2 above and in accordance with the provisions laid down in that Article, the wines are derived from grapes harvested in the area of Production by parcels or part of parcels as approved by the National Wine and Life Committee of the National Institute of Appellations of Origin during its meetings of 5 and 6 November 1985, 28 and 29 May 1986, 9 and 10 September 1987, 29 and 30 August 1990, 5 and 6 November 1997, 11 and 12 December 2001, 9 and 10 November 2005, on the proposal of the Committee of Experts designated for this purpose.
The delimitation plans shall be deposited in the municipality of the municipalities Concerned. "
