Order of 15 February 2005 with delegation of signature (Directorate of Financial Affairs)

The Minister of National Education, Higher Education and Research,
In light of the modified Decree No. 47-233 of 23 January 1947 authorizing the ministers to delegate, By order, their signature;
In light of Decree No. 2003-317 of 7 April 2003 on the organisation of the central administration of the Ministry of Youth, National Education and Research;
In view of the decree of 30 March 2004 on the appointment The Prime Minister;
In light of Decree No. 2004-317 of 8 April 2004 on the powers of the Minister for National Education, Higher Education and Research;
In view of the decree of 29 November 2004 on the composition of the Government;
In view of the decree of 7 April 2003 on the organisation of the central administration of the Ministry of Youth, National Education and Research;
In view of the decree of 7 April 2003 on the organisation of the sub-directorates of The central administration of the Ministry of Youth, National Education and Research;
In view of the April 19, 2004 signing delegation order,
Stop:

Article 1

Article 2 of the above-mentioned Order of 19 April 2004 reads as follows:
" Art. 2. - In the event of the absence or incapacity of Mr Jean-Paul Duprat, the delegation granted to him in Article 1 of this Order is exercised by Mr. Emmanuel Serafinowicz, Central Administrative Attaché, Mr. François Delbos, Administrative Attaché Ms. Geneviève Vendé, Central Administrative Officer, and Ms. Bernadette Forestier, Central Administration Officer. "

This Order will be published in the Official Journal of the French Republic.
