DECRET
Signing delegation order of 17 February 2004

The Prime Minister,
On the report of the Minister of Economy, Finance and Industry,
In light of Order No. 47-233 dated January 23, 1947, as amended authorizing the Ministers to be delegated, by order, their signature;
In light of the amended Decree No. 93-1272 of 1 December 1993 on the organization of the central administration of the Ministry of Industry, Posts and Telecommunications and Foreign Trade ;
In view of the decree of 28 February 2002 appointing a Director General to the central administration of the Ministry of Economy, Finance and Industry;
In view of Decree No. 2002-893 of 15 May 2002 on the powers of the Minister for The Economy, Finance and Industry;
In light of the June 17, 2002 Order-in-Council appointing the Prime Minister;
In light of the amended Order in Council of 17 June 2002 on the composition of the Government;
In view of the Order of 24 May 2002 Signing delegation,
Describes:

Article 1


In the event of the absence or incapacity of Mr. André-Claude Lacoste, the delegation given to him by the Order of 24 Mr Michel Bourguignon, professor of the universities, Mr Alain Schmitt, the chief engineer of mines, and Mr Jean-Luc Lachaume, a civil administrator, are under the same conditions under the same conditions. Authority.

Article 2


In the absence or incapacity of Mr. André-Claude Lacoste, of MM. Michel Bourguignon, Alain Schmitt and Jean-Luc Lachaume, delegation is given to Mr Alain Delmestre, administrator of posts and telecommunications, to the effect of signing all acts, documents and mission orders in the execution of the operations of the Expenditure on the operational budget of the Directorate-General for Nuclear Safety and Radiation Protection.

Article 3


In The absence or incapacity of Mr. André-Claude Lacoste of MM. Michel Bourguignon, Alain Schmitt, Jean-Luc Lachaume and Alain Delmestre, delegation is given to Alain Becquet, Central Administrative Attaché, and Mr Christian Martial, contractual agent, to the effect of signing the mission orders of the Directorate General of Nuclear Safety and Radiation Protection.

Article 4


The decree of 28 June 2002 on the delegation of Signature is repealed.

Article 5


The Minister of Economy, Finance and Industry is responsible for the execution of this Decree, which will be published in the Official Gazette of the French Republic.
