In the event of the absence or incapacity of Mr. André-Claude Lacoste, the delegation given to him by the Order of 24 Mr Michel Bourguignon, professor of the universities, Mr Alain Schmitt, the chief engineer of mines, and Mr Jean-Luc Lachaume, a civil administrator, are under the same conditions under the same conditions. In the absence or incapacity of Mr. André-Claude Lacoste, of MM.
