The Prime Minister,
On the report of the Minister of Economy, Finance and Industry, the Minister of the Public Service, the reform of the state and the development of the Territory and the Minister Delegate to the Budget and Budget Reform,
In view of the Civil and Military Pension Code;
In view of the amending budget law for 2003 (No 2003-1312 of 30 December 2003), in particular Article 93 thereof, Decline:

The rate of the additional deduction for pensions provided for in Article 93 of the amending finance law for 2003 is set at 1.5 % as from 1 January 2004.

Minister of Economy, Finance and Industry, Minister of Public Service, State Reform and Spatial Planning and Minister Delegate to Budget and Budget Reform Shall each be responsible for the execution of this Decree, which shall be published in the Official Journal of the French Republic.
