Signing delegation order of February 11, 2004

The Minister of Defence,
In accordance with Order No. 88-91 of January 27, 1988, as amended authorizing the Minister of Defence to delegate, by order, his signature;
Given the Order in Council No. 2000-1178 of 4 December 2000 on the organization of the central administration of the Ministry of Defence, as amended by decrees No. 2001-1125 of 29 November 2001, No. 2002-503 of 10 April 2002 and n ° 2003-1379 of 31 December 2003;
In view of the decree 17 June 2002 appointing the Prime Minister;
In light of the decree of 17 June 2002 on the composition of the Government;
In view of Decree No. 2003-1382 of 31 December 2003 laying down the remit of the joint management of the networks Defence infrastructure and information systems;
In light of the amended 16 May 2002 signing delegation;

Article 1


I of Article 3 (Directorates of the Chief of the Defence Staff) of Title I (Military Staff) of The Order of 16 May 2002 referred to above is amended as follows:

A l' article 6 (Secretary General for Administration) of Title III (General Secretariat for Administration) of the Order of 16 May 2002, the second paragraph shall be replaced by the following provisions:
" In the event of Mrs. Evelyne Ratte's absence or incapacity, Secretary-General for Administration, this delegation is vested in the Comptroller General Eric Lucas, Director, Assistant Secretary General for Administration. "

Article 3


Article 7 (Directorates and services of the General Secretary for Administration) of Title III (Secretariat General for Administration) of the Order of 16 May 2002 referred to above is amended as follows:
1 ° Au A (Financial Affairs Directorate):
(a) The second paragraph of II is deleted;
(b) The VII is replaced by the provisions Following:
" VII. -Miss Chantal Vennat, Head of Administrative Service, Head of the Capital Expenditure Accounting Office, for the matters referred to in paragraph V (A, B and C) above. " ;
2 ° D (Directorate of Memory, Heritage and Archives), I, II, III and IV are replaced by the following provisions:

This delegation shall apply in particular to requests for opinions and acts authorising the implementation of automated processing of personal information or the simplified declarations of conformity thereunder, in accordance with the conditions laid down by law n ° 78-17 of 6 January 1978 and its implementing legislation in force at the Ministry of
. -Mr Pierre Maille, civil administrator, chief of service, assistant to the director, in the event of the absence or incapacity of the Director of Memory, Heritage and Archives, for the whole service and under the conditions laid down in I above.
III. -Ms. Paule René-Bazin, General Heritage Curator, Assistant to the Director, for the entire service and under the conditions set out in the above, in the event of absence or incapacity of the Director and Mr. Maille.

In C (Air Force) I of Article 12 (Directorates and Services under the heads of army staffs) of Title IV (Military Staff) of the decree of 16 May 2002 referred to above, at V (Central Directorate of Air Infrastructure), the table is amended as follows:
In the delegation column, the paragraph: " Mr. Jean-Pierre Bardy, Engineer, Head of bridges and roadways, operational and technical sub-direction. " Is replaced by the following: " Mr Michel Sitruk, architect and chief planner of the state, operational and technical sub-direction. ".
