Decree of 12 February 2003 establishing the list of trade union organisations capable of designating representatives to the Central Joint Technical Committee of the Ecole Nationale des Chartes and the number of seats allocated To each one

The Minister of Youth, National Education and Research,
In light of the amended Act No. 83-634 of 13 July 1983 on the rights and obligations of civil servants, Together the amended Act No. 84-16 of 11 January 1984 laying down statutory provisions relating to the public service of the State, and in particular Article 15 thereof;
Having regard to the amended Decree No. 82-452 of 28 May 1982 on the Joint Technical Committees, In particular its Articles 8 and 11, second paragraph;
Having regard to the Order of 16 August 2002 establishing, composition and functions of the Central Joint Technical Committee of public institutions under the Minister of National Education or the Minister In charge of higher education;
In view of the decree of 16 August 2002 laying down detailed rules for the consultation of staff of public establishments reporting to the Minister of National Education or the Minister responsible for higher education To determine the representativeness of the trade union organisations to be represented on the Central Joint Technical Committee of each institution;
In view of the minutes of the vote of 20 January 2003 on the consultation of the Staff of the Ecole Nationale des Chartes,

The list of trade union organisations capable of designating representatives to the Central Joint Technical Committee The National School of Charters and the number of seats of holders and substitutes assigned to each of them shall be fixed as indicated in the table below:

Article 2


Trade union organizations have two days to The publication of this Order to designate their representative and alternate representatives.

Section 3


The Director of The Ecole Nationale des Chartes is responsible for the execution of this Order, which will be published in the Official Gazette of the French Republic.
