Order of 11 February 2002 amending the Decree of 21 December 2001 amending the order of 17 October 1995 on the charging of the risk of accidents at work and occupational diseases Fixing the rates for occupational accidents and occupational diseases for occupational activities covered by the general social security scheme

The Minister of Employment and Solidarity,
Given the Social Security Code, including articles L. 242-5, D. 242-6-5, D. 242-6-6, D. 242-6-7, D. 242-6-10, D. 242-6-14 To D. 242-6-18;
Having regard to the order of 16 October 1995 for the application of Article D. 242-6-3 of the Social Security Code relating to the charging of the risk of accidents at work and occupational diseases;
In view of the Order of 17 October 1995 on the charging of the risk of accidents at work and occupational diseases;
Having regard to the decision of 6 December 1995 on the application of the last paragraph of Article D. 242-6-6 and of the I of Article D. 242-6-10 of the Social security;
In view of the Decree of 18 December 2001 laying down the majorities referred to in Article D. 242-6-4 of the Social Security Code for 2002;
Having regard to the Order of 21 December 2001 amending the Decree of 17 October 1995 on the Charging for the risk of accidents at work and occupational diseases and fixing the rates for occupational accidents and occupational diseases of occupational activities covered by the general social security scheme ;
In view of the opinion of the Workers' Compensation and Occupational Diseases Commission of the National Health Insurance Fund for Employed Workers as of 30 January 2002,
