Order of February 13, 2004 Deferral of Appropriations

Minister of Economy, Finance and Industry,
In accordance with article 17 of Order No. 59-2 of January 2, 1959, Organic Law on the Laws of Finance ;
Due to the Finance Act and the Opening and Annulment of Appropriations for 2003;
Due to the Finance Act and the Opening and Cancellation of Appropriations for 2004,
Stop:

Article 1

Is cancelled in 2003 a payment credit of EUR 50 410 800 applicable to the budget and chapter mentioned in the Table A annexed to this Order.

Article 2

Open in 2004 a payment credit of EUR 50 410 800 applicable to the budget and to the Chapter mentioned in Table B annexed to this Order.

Article 3

This Order shall be published in the Official Journal of the French Republic.
