By order of the Minister of Youth, National Education and De la recherche et du ministre de la fonction publique, de la réforme de l' Etat et de l' aménagement du territoire en date du 12 février 2004, l' Decree du 21 janvier 2004 authorising au titre de l' année 2004 l' ouverture de concours Outreach et interns For the recruitment of professional workers from the educational institutions of the Ministry of National Education is amended as follows:
