In the light of Decree No. 92-356 of 27 March 1992 establishing an administrative expenditure allowance for secretaries-general of the academy and general secretaries of public institutions Higher Education, as amended by Decree No. 2002-467 of 4 April 2002,
Stop:
Secretaries-General of public institutions of higher education benefiting from the administrative expenses allowance provided for in Article 1 of the decree of 27 March 1992 referred to above, as from 1 January 2004, divided into three categories whose annual average rates are fixed as follows:
First Category: 9,146 EUR;
Second category: € 6,098;
Third category: 4,573 EUR.
The distribution of the posts of the Secretary-General of the Academy and of the Secretary-General of Higher Education between the categories provided for in Articles 1 and 2 above shall be set out in the Annex Of this Order.
The decree of 4 April 2002 implementing the decree of 27 March 1992, as amended by the decree of 14 February 2003, is repealed.
This Order takes effect as from 1 January 2004 and will be published in the Official Journal of the French Republic.
1. The average annual rate of the first category set out in Article 1 of this Order shall be given to the Secretaries-General of the Academy assigned to the following academies:
Créteil, Lille and
. Benevento the average annual rate of the second category set out in Article 1 of this Order the Secretaries-General of the Academy assigned to the following academies:
Aix-Marseille, Bordeaux, Grenoble, Lyon, Montpellier, Nancy-Metz, Nantes, Orléans-Tours, Paris, Rennes and Toulouse.
3. The average annual rate of the third category set out in Article 1 of this Order shall be the Secretaries-General of the Academy assigned to the academies other than those mentioned in 1 and 2 of this Annex.
4. The average annual rate of the first category set out in Article 2 of this Order shall be the Secretaries-General of Public Institutions of Higher Education assigned to the following higher education

6. The average annual rate of the third category set out in Article 2 of this Decree shall be those of the Secretaries-General of the higher education institutions assigned to higher education institutions other than those mentioned in the 4 And 5 of this annex.
