ARRETE
Signing delegation order of January 28, 2004

The Minister of Social Affairs, Labour and Solidarity,
In light of Decree No. 47-233 of 23 January 1947, as amended authorizing the ministers to delegate, by order, their Signature;
In view of the Decree of 27 March 1997 on the appointment of the Director of Population and Migration;
Having regard to Decree No. 2000-685 of 21 July 2000 on the organisation of the central administration of the Ministry of Employment and Solidarity and the powers of some of its services;
Given the decree of 17 June 2002 appointing the Prime Minister;
In view of the decree of 17 June 2002 on the composition of the Government;
Given the decree n ° 2002-976 of the 12 July 2002 on the remit of the Minister for Social Affairs, Labour and Solidarity;
In view of the decree of 21 July 2000 on the organisation of population and migration management in sub-directorates,
Stop:

Article 1


Permanent Delegation to Mr Jean Gaeremynck, Director of Population and Migration, to the effect of Sign, within the limits of its powers and on behalf of the Minister for Social Affairs, work and solidarity, all acts, orders, decisions or conventions, other than decrees.

Article 2


In the event of Mr. Gaeremynck's absence or incapacity, delegation is given to Ms. Sylvie Moreau, Chief of Service, Assistant to the Director, to sign, in The limits of the duties of the Directorate of Population and Migration and on behalf of the Minister for Social Affairs, Labour and Solidarity, all acts, orders, decisions or conventions, other than decrees.

Article 3


In the event of the simultaneous absence or incapacity of Mr. Gaeremynck and Ms. Moreau, delegation is given to:
Ms. Laurence Bassano, Deputy Director of Hospitality and Integration;
Mr. François Galard, Deputy Director of Naturalization,
to sign, within the limits of their duties and on behalf of the Minister of Social Affairs, Labour and Solidarity, all acts, orders, decisions or conventions, excluding Orders in Council.

Article 4


The Order of 2 December 2003 Signature delegation is repealed.

Article 5


This Order will be published in the Official Journal of the French Republic.
