ARRETE
Order of 10 February 2003 amending l' order of 10 October 2001 fixing the organisation and programme of recruitment competitions for health technicians

The Minister of Social Affairs, Labour and Solidarity, the Minister of Health, Family and Disability and the Minister of the Public Service, State and spatial planning,
In the light of the amended Act No. 83-634 of 13 July 1983 on the rights and obligations of civil servants, Act No. 84-16 of 11 January 1984, as amended laying down statutory provisions relating to the function State of the State;
Having regard to Decree No. 96-41 of 17 January 1996 on the special status of health technicians, and in particular Articles 4 (first paragraph), 5 and 6 thereof;
Having regard to Decree No. 2000-1317 of 26 December 2000 which deconcentrations in Recruitment of certain personnel under the Ministry of Employment and Solidarity;
In view of the Decree of 26 December 2000 on the delegation of powers concerning the recruitment of certain staff of the Ministry of Employment and Solidarity;
In view of the decree of 10 October 2001 fixing the organisation and programme of competitions for the recruitment of health technicians;
On the proposal of the Director of General Administration, Personnel and Budget at the Ministry of Social affairs, work and solidarity, and the Ministry of Health, Family and Disabled,
Stop:

Article 1

Article 2 of the above-mentioned Order of 10 October 2001 reads as follows:
The Jury common to both Competition, appointed by decree of the Minister of Social Affairs, Labour and Solidarity and the Minister of Health, Family and Disabled Persons, is composed as follows:
-Regional Director of Health and Social Affairs Or its representative, President;
-a departmental director of health and social affairs or his representative;
-a health engineer;
-a health research engineer;
-a member of the teaching profession One of the training required to access the body of health technicians;
-an inspector of health and social action.
Specialized examiners may also be assistant to the jury. These examiners do not have the right to vote.
In the event of the President's absence or incapacity, the departmental director of health and social affairs or his/her representative insures this function.

Article 2

The Director of General Administration, Personnel and Budget at the Ministry of Social Affairs, Labour and Solidarity and the Ministry of Social Affairs Is responsible for the execution of this Order, which will be published in the Official Gazette of the French Republic.
