-to officials of the corps recruited through the National School of Administration;
-to appointed officials:
-in a job as Secretary-General of the Academy;
-in a job as Secretary-General of establishment Public of higher education in Group II;
-in a position of secretary general of academic and academic administration;
-in a job as assistant director or in a job as deputy director of the National Centre for Works Academics and academics;
-in a job as a regional or local centre director of academic and academic works;
-to school and university trustees who have completed at least ten years of Effective services in Category A and that either belong to the outside class of the body, or have reached at least the fifth step of the normal class.
This employment benefits from a 50-point NBI.
