Order of February 7, 2003 Amending the List of Certified Pharmaceutical Specialties for the Use of Communities and Various Utilities

The Minister of Health, Family and Disability Issues,
Given the Social Security Code;
Due to the Public Health Code;
Due to the general code of the Taxes, in particular Article 281 octies;
Having regard to Decree No. 82-253 of 16 March 1982 applying Articles L. 618 and L. 619 (L. 5123-2 and L. 5123-3) of the Public Health Code;
Seen in the opinion of the Transparency Commission,

Item 1

List of Certified Pharmaceutical Specialties for Community Use and Various Utilities is Changed In accordance with the provisions set out in the Annex.

Article 2

The Director General of Health and the Director of Security Shall be responsible for the execution of this Order, which shall be published and its annex to the Official Journal of the French Republic.
