the light of the amended Act No. 86-33 of 9 January 1986 laying down statutory provisions relating to the hospital public service;
Having regard to Decree No. 2002-344 of 12 March 2002 establishing an indemnity of liability in Favour the body of directors of health and social institutions in the hospital public service,

Item 1

The annual rates of the liability allowance assigned to the health facility directors' body and For the year 2002, according to the class to which the beneficiary belongs:

The increased maximum rate may be up to EUR 8 086.53 for functional jobs.

Item 2

The Director of Hospitalization and Care of the Ministry of Health, Family and Disabled Persons and the Director of the Budget in the Ministry of Economy, Finance and Industry are responsible for each Concerning the execution of this Order, which shall be published in the Official Journal of the French Republic.
