Decree of 29 January 2003 fixing for the year 2002 the annual rates of responsibility for the management of public service social and medico-social institutions Hospital

The Minister of Economy, Finance and Industry, and the Minister of Health, Family and Disability,
Seen the Social Action and Family Code;
Seen Act No. 86-33 of 9 January 1986 amended laying down statutory provisions relating to the hospital public service;
Having regard to Decree No. 2002-345 of 12 March 2002 establishing an indemnity of liability in favour of the body of directors Social and medico-social institutions in the hospital public service,
Stop:

Article 1

The annual rates of responsibility allowance assigned to the heads of social institutions and The medical-social of the hospital public service shall be fixed as follows, for the year 2002, according to the class to which the beneficiary belongs:

The increased maximum rate may be as high as EUR 8 086.53 for functional jobs.

Article 2

The Director of Hospitalization and Care of the Ministry of Health, Family and Disabled Persons and the Director of the Budget in the Ministry of Economy, Finance and Industry are responsible. Each in respect of the execution of this Order, which shall be published in the Official Journal of the French Republic.
