ARRETE
Order of 4 February 2002 fixing the number of places available for recruitment competitions for customs inspectors and indirect rights assigned to the processing of information in the capacity of Programmers

By order of the Minister of Economy, Finance, and The industry, the Minister of the Public Service and the reform of the State and the Secretary of State for the budget of 4 February 2002, the number of places offered for competitions opened by the Order of 4 October 2001 for the recruitment of Customs controllers and indirect rights assigned to the processing of information as programmers is fixed at 11.
These places are distributed as follows:
External competition (provided for in Article 8 [1 °] of Decree No 95-380 of the 10 April 1995 on the status of these agents): 6;
Internal competition (provided for in Article 8 [2 °] of the same decree): 5.
3 places will also be offered to beneficiaries of the Code of Military Disability Pensions and Victims of War and 1 The
not filled by the beneficiaries of the legislation on reserved jobs will be carried over to the contractual route, up to 100 % for disabled workers and 6 % for workers with disabilities. Recipients of the Code of Military Disability and War Victims.
The positions not filled by these categories of candidates will be added to the jobs to be filled by competition.
