ARRETE
Order of 3 February 2003 revaluing the daily allowances of more than three months for sickness insurance and the repair of accidents at work and diseases Professional

The Minister of Social Affairs, Labour and Solidarity, the Minister of Economy, Finance and Industry, and the Minister of Health, Family and Persons with disabilities,
In view of the Social Security Code;
In view of the opinion of the Board of the National Fund for Employees' Health Insurance of 15 January 2003;
In view of the opinion of the Committee on Accidents Of the work and occupational diseases referred to in Article L. 221-4 of the Social Security Code dated 16 January 2003,
Stop:

Article 1


Revision of the daily allowances paid to beneficiaries of health insurance beyond the third month Following the procedure laid down in the second subparagraph of Article R. 323-6 of the Social Security Code, by applying an increase factor of 1.015 with effect from 1 January 2003.

Article 2


Revision of the daily allowances to beneficiaries of the legislation on accidents at work and diseases In accordance with the provisions laid down in the first subparagraph of Article R. 433-10 of the Social Security Code, by applying an increase coefficient fixed to 1.015 with effect from January 1, 2003.

Article 3


The Director of Social Security at the Ministry of Social Affairs, Labour And solidarity is responsible for the execution of this Order, which will be published in the Official Gazette of the French Republic.
