Summary


Article 16 of the Code of Criminal Procedure establishes a list of the staff of the gendarmerie with the status of a judicial police officer (OPJ). On the report of the Minister of Economy, Finance and Industry, the Minister of Defence and the Minister of the Public Service, and the reform of The State,
Given Law No. 72-662 of 13 July 1972 on the General Status of the Military;
In light of Decree No. 54-538 of 26 May 1954, as amended introducing a bonus for certain non-commissioned members of the gendarmerie;
In view of Decree No. 54-539 of May 26, 1954, amended establishing a qualifying premium for certain non-commissioned officers and non-commissioned members on a monthly basis,
Describes:

The title of Decree No. 54-538 of 26 May 1954 is replaced by the following title:


"Decree No. 54-538 of 26 May 1954 establishing a
bonus for certain members of the gendarmerie"

Article 1 of Decree No. 54-538 of 26 May 1954 is replaced by the following:
" Art. 1. -A special bonus, not subject to deduction for pension, shall be awarded to officers and non-commissioned officers of the gendarmerie having the status of a judicial police officer within the meaning of Article 16 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, as well as to the NCOs of
