Summary


Within the framework of the framework set up under Law 2000-242 of 14 March 2000 on the civil will of the civil service established by Article L. 111-2 of the National Service Code and various measures relating to the reform of the National service, it is considered necessary to ensure that civilian volunteers posted abroad are entitled to an advance on the allowances they are required to receive as a result of their stay abroad. On the report of the Minister of Economy, Finance and Industry, the Minister of Foreign Affairs and the Minister Delegate for Co-operation and Francophonie,
In view of the code of the national service, in particular Article L. 122-12;
In light of Decree No. 2000-1159 of 30 November 2000 for the application of the provisions of the code of the national service relating to civil will;

The civilian volunteer posted abroad by the Minister of Foreign Affairs or the Minister of Economy, Finance and Industry may, prior to his departure, collect an advance on the allowances that he or she has Shall be paid in accordance with Article L. 122-12 of the abovementioned national service code if the duration of the undertaking exceeds eight months.
