In view of Decree No. 97-464 of 9 May 1997 on the establishment and organisation of services under national jurisdiction;
In view of Decree No. 2003-202 of 10 March 2003 establishing a Directorate of Budgetary reform in the Ministry of Economy, Finance and Industry;
In view of the opinion of the Central Joint Technical Committee of the Ministry of Economy, Finance and Industry of 15 September 2004,

Item 1


The Order of January 16, 2002, as amended by the Order of March 10, 2003, establishing a competency service The National Accord for the Definition and Implementation of the State Expenditure Information System is repealed.

Article 2


The Director of Budget Reform and the Director of Personnel, Modernization and Administration are each responsible for the execution of this Order, which will be published in the Official Journal of the French Republic.
