Decree of 30 January 2004 laying down the standard framework for the presentation of the administrative account provided for in Article 48 of Decree No 2003-1010 of 22 October 2003

The Minister of Social Affairs, Labour and Solidarity and the Minister of Health, Family and People with Disabilities,
Given the Social Action Code and Families;
In view of Decree n ° 2003-1010 of 22 October 2003 on budgetary, accounting and financial management, and the financing and pricing arrangements for the social and medico-social institutions and services mentioned in the Article L. 312-1 of the Code of Social Action and Families and of the institutions mentioned in 2 ° of Article L. 6111-2 of the Public Health Code, in particular Articles 12 and 48;
In view of the Decision of 22 October 2003 laying down the models for Documents provided for in Articles 9, 12, 16, 18, 19, 47 and 83 of Decree No 2003-1010 of 22 October 2003 on budgetary, accounting and financial management and the financing and pricing arrangements for social institutions and services; The medico-social provisions referred to in Article L. 312-1 of the Code of Social Action and Families and of the institutions mentioned in 2 ° of Article L. 6111-2 of the Code of Public Health;
In view of the Order of 10 November 2003 establishing the list of documents Provided for in III of Article 89 of Decree No. 2003-1010 of 22 October 2003 on the application for authorisation and renewal of the authorisation of head office expenses,

Article 1


Pursuant to the I of Article 12 and Article 48 of the Decree of 22 October 2003, the relevant documents To the presentation of the administrative account shall conform to the model set out in the Annex to this Order.

Article 2


En Application of the 1 ° of the I of Article 48 of the decree of 22 October 2003 referred to above, the accounting record of the establishment or social or medico-social service managed by a private law body shall be in accordance with the model set out in Annex 4 to the 22 October 2003 mentioned above.

Article 3


Documents conforming to the models in Annex 9 to the decree of 22 October 2003 referred to above And Annexes 3 and 4 to the decree of 10 November 2003 referred to above are, where appropriate and at the request of the supervisory authorities, transmitted with the administrative account.

Article 4


The Director General of Social Action is responsible for the execution of this Order, which will be published in the Official Gazette of the French Republic.
