ARRETE
Order of February 2, 2004 approving organizations or individuals to carry out regulatory audits in institutions receiving the public

The Minister of the Interior, Internal Security and Local Freedoms,
Given the code of construction and housing, including articles R. 123-12 and R. 123-43;
In light of the amended Order of November 7, 1990, relating to the conditions of approval for regulatory audits in institutions receiving the public;
In view of the opinion of the Standing Sub-Committee of the Central Commission Security,
Stop:

Item 1

The following organization is registered to conduct audits in institutions receiving the public Categories and phases:
IESC (European Institute of Security and Communication), 35 bis, rue Georges-Wodli, 57302 Hagondange, categories c and d, during the operating phase, for a period of one year.

Article 2

The benefit of this approval shall be granted subject to the provisions of the aforesaid order of 7 November 1990, and in particular Article 4 thereof and 10.

Article 3

The Director of Civil Defence and Security, a senior defence official, is responsible for the execution of the This Order, which will be published in the Official Gazette of the French Republic.
