ARRETE
Decree of 27 January 2006 applying to the separation facilities of Decree No. 92-647 of 8 July 1992 as amended concerning the suitability for the use of construction products

Minister of Transport, Equipment, Tourism and the Sea and the Minister Delegate to Industry,
In view of the Council Directive 89 /106/EEC Of 21 December 1988 on the approximation of the laws, regulations and administrative provisions of the Member States relating to construction products, as amended by Directive 93 /68/EEC of 22 July 1993;
Having regard to Decree No 92-647 On 8 July 1992 concerning the suitability for the use of construction products, as amended by Decrees Nos. 95-1051 of 20 September 1995 and No. 2003-947 of 3 October 2003,
Stop:

Article 1


The provisions of the aforementioned Decree of 8 July 1992 shall apply from the date of publication of this Stopped at the separation facilities defined by the harmonised standards NF EN 858-1 or NF EN 1825-1.

Article 2


In accordance with The respective provisions of Articles 2, 3 and 10 of the Decree of 8 July 1992, respectively, may be fitted with the CE marking of the products referred to in Article 1 which have satisfied the conformity clearance procedure applicable to them.
The references to the standards and the decision of attestation of conformity applicable to each category of products referred to in Article 1 and those of the bodies notified by the French authorities are published in a notice published in the Journal. Official of the French Republic.

Article 3


By way of derogation from the provisions of Article 1 above and on a transitional basis, The products covered by this Order which do not comply with the provisions of the Decree of 8 July 1992 may be placed on the market for the first time until 1 September 2006.
Products for the first time on the market Before the end of the transitional period defined in the preceding paragraph and which do not comply with the provisions of the said decree may be marketed until 30 September 2007.

Article 4


The Director General of Companies and the Director of Economic and International Affairs shall each have responsibility for the execution of this Order, each of which shall be Published in the Official Journal of the French Republic.
