Considering Decree No. 92-647 of 8 July 1992 concerning the suitability for use of construction products, amended by the decrees no. 95 - 1051 of 20 September 1995 and no. 2003-947 of October 3, 2003, stop: Article 1 the provisions of the Decree of 8 July 1992 referred to above are applicable from the date of publication of this order to the separation facilities defined by the harmonized standards NF 858-1 OR NF EN 1825-1.
Article 2 in accordance with the respective provisions of articles 2, 3 and 10 of the Decree of 8 July 1992 referred to above, only may be equipped with CE marking the products referred to in article 1 who have met the compliance that is applicable attestation procedure.
Standards and references the decision of attestation of conformity applicable to each category of products referred to in article 1 so that those agencies notified by the French authorities are contained in a notice published in the Official Journal of the French Republic.
Article 3 Notwithstanding the provisions of article 1 above and on a transitional basis, the goods covered by this order which do not meet the provisions of the Decree of 8 July 1992 referred to above can be put for the first time on the market until 1 September 2006.
Products placed for the first time on the market before the end of the transitional period defined in the preceding paragraph and which do not meet the provisions of this Decree may be marketed until September 30, 2007.
Article 4 general manager of businesses and the Director of economic and international affairs are responsible, each which is concerned, of the execution of this order, which will be published in the Official Journal of the French Republic.
