Order of 19 January 2006 amending the Order of 23 November 1987 on the safety of ships

In view of Council Directive 96 /98/EC of 20 December 1996 on marine equipment, such as Modified;
In light of the amended Decree No. 84-810 of 30 August 1984 on the protection of human life at sea, on ship-borne habitability and in the prevention of pollution;
In view of the amended security decree of 23 November 1987 Ships;

      This Annex specifies, in the context of the application of Article 212-1.03, on the day before Machinery for gross tonnage vessels greater than 500, the conditions of application of Articles 221-II-1/46, 7th paragraph, and 221-II-1/51.1. It shall apply to new or existing vessels for which the application of Articles 5 or 6 of the Decree of 8 July 1977 is requested.

      2.1. The questionnaire contained in Annex 221-II-1/A. 1, Part B, below, is completed by the shipowner and referred to by a recognized classification society.
      2.2. A dossier justifying the ship's compliance with the relevant provisions of Division 221, as listed in Article 212-1.03, referred to by a recognised classification society, shall be submitted to the
