In view of Decree No. 2002-674 of 24 April 2002 establishing a hardship allowance for the absence of the port-base, Décrète:
Article 6 of the above-mentioned decree of 24 April 2002 reads as follows:
" Art. 6. - The military personnel of the Maritime Gendarmerie assigned to the aircrew and the military nurses and hospital technicians serving in the national navy receive the hardship allowance for the absence of the port-base Under the same conditions as military personnel in the navy. "
The Minister of Defence, the Minister of Economy, Finance and Industry, the Minister of the Public Service and the Minister Delegate to the Budget and State Reform, Government Spokesperson, Shall each be responsible for the execution of this Decree, which shall take effect on 27 May 2005 and shall be published in the Official Journal of the French Republic.
