Decree of 29 January 2004 amending the Decree of 14 November 2003 on the health and safety committees of the Ministry responsible for culture

The Minister of Culture and Communication,
In the light of Law No. 83-634 of 13 July 1983 amending the rights and obligations of civil servants, Act No. 84-16 As of 11 January 1984 amending the statutory provisions relating to the public service of the State;
Having regard to Decree No. 82-394 of 10 May 1982 concerning the organisation of the Ministry of Culture;
In the light of Decree No. 82-453 of 28 May 1982 Changes relating to occupational health and safety and to medical prevention in the public service;
In view of Decree No. 2003-1300 of 26 December 2003 establishing the public establishment of the Musée d' Orsay;
In view of Decree No. 2003-1301 of 26 December 2003 establishing the public establishment of the Guimet Asian Art Museum;
In view of the Order of 14 November 2003 on the health and safety committees of the Ministry of Culture;
In view of the opinion of the Committee Ministerial Joint Technical of September 11, 2003,
