Decree of 19 January 2004 on the financing of training and sessions referred to in Decree No. 2001-1345 of 28 December 2001 on the special status of the bodies of directors of social institutions and Hospital public service medico-social services

The Minister of Economy, Finance and Industry and the Minister of Health, Family and Disabled Persons,
Due to Act No. 68-690 of July 31, 1968, as amended Various economic and financial provisions, in particular Article 24;
In view of the amended Act No. 86-33 of 9 January 1986 laying down statutory provisions relating to the hospital public service, in particular Article 2
; Decree No 92-566 of 25 June 1992 laying down the conditions and rules for the settlement of the costs of the movement of civil servants and officials of the hospital public service in the metropolitan territory of France;
In the light of Decree No. 96-675 of 24 July 1996 on the financing arrangements for the training of the staff of the social or medico-social institutions mentioned in Article 24 of Law No. 68-690 of 31 July 1968 on various types of training Economic and financial provisions;
In view of Decree No. 2001-1207 of 19 December 2001 on the special status of the body of hospital administrative officers and amending Decree No 90-839 of 21 September 1990 laying down statutes Individuals of the administrative staff of the hospital public service;
In light of Decree No. 2001-1345 of 28 December 2001 on the special status of the heads of social and medico-social institutions of the civil service Hospital,

Item 1
The rate of participation referred to in Article 5 of the decree of 24 July 1996 referred to above shall be set at 0.31 % from the year 2004 of the payroll as defined in Article 1.
