Having regard to the amended Council Directive 94 /55/EC of 21 November 1994 on the approximation of The laws of the Member States concerning the transport of dangerous goods by road, and in particular Article 5 (2);
Having regard to Directive 96 /49/EC as amended by the Council of 23 July 1996 on the approximation of the laws of the Member States concerning the transport of dangerous goods by rail, and in particular Article 5 (2) (a);
Law No. 263 of 5 February 1942 on the transport by rail, by road or by means of navigation Inside of the dangerous or infecting materials in the nomenclature established by the Secretary of State for Communications;
In the light of the amended decree of 21 March 1995 regulating the transport of dangerous goods by the fixed link Transmanche, and in particular Article 14;
Having regard to the amended Order of 1 June 2001 relating to the carriage of dangerous goods by road (said ' ADR ") ;
In light of the June 5, 2001 Order, as amended, relating to the carriage of goods Dangerous by rail (says " RID ") ;
In view of the formal submission made by the dealers on 27 March 2002 concerning the revision of Annexes A and B of the " F volume of safety provisions " (document IGC 14/00/061M Titled " Transport of Dangerous Goods ") ;
In view of the letter dated 2 May 2002 from the Chairman of the Intergovernmental Committee;
In view of the erratum sent on 24 September 2002 by the concessionaires to the Chairman of the Committee Intergovernmental;
In view of the opinion of the Interministerial Committee on the Transport of Dangerous Goods at its meeting on 13 November 2002,
Stop:
Schedule I (Road Transport) of the said Order of March 21, 1995, is cancelled and replaced by Schedule A entitled: " Volume F.-Transportation of Dangerous Goods. -Appendix A: HGV Navettes " Attached to this Order (1).
Schedule II (Rail Transportation) of the said Order of March 21, 1995, is cancelled and replaced by Schedule B entitled: " Volume F.-Transportation of Dangerous Goods. -Appendix B: Rail Freight " Attached to this Order (1).
The Director of Land Transport and the Director General of Nuclear Safety and Radiation Protection shall each have responsibility for the execution of this Order, which shall be published in the Journal Official of the French Republic.
