Minister of Economy, Finance and Industry,
In light of Order No. 47-233 dated January 23, 1947, amended authorizing the ministers to delegate, by order, their signature ;
Given the decree of 30 March 2004 appointing the Prime Minister;
Having regard to the decree of 29 November 2004 on the composition of the Government;
Having regard to Decree No. 2004-1347 of 9 December 2004 on the powers of the Minister for The Economy, Finance and Industry;
In light of the February 11, 2005 Order in Council appointing a Director General at the headquarters of the Ministry of Economy, Finance and Industry,
Stop:

Item 1

Mr. Luc Rousseau, Director General of Companies, receives permanent delegation to sign on behalf of the Minister of Economy, Finance and Industry and within the limits of his or her duties, acts, orders, decisions or conventions.

Article 2

This Order will be published in the Official Journal of the French Republic.
