Summary
This Act authorizes the approval of the Convention on Mutual Assistance in Criminal Matters between the Government of the French Republic and the Government of the Republic of India, signed at New Delhi on 25 January 1998 (together with an amendment in the form of an exchange of letters signed on 20 November 2002 and 14 January 2003), the text of which is annexed to this Law.

The National Assembly and the Senate have adopted,
The President of the Republic enacts the following:
Sole Article
Approval of the Convention on Mutual Assistance in Criminal Matters between the Government of The French Republic and the Government of the Republic of India, signed in New Delhi on 25 January 1998 (together an amendment in the form of an exchange of letters signed on 20 November 2002 and 14 January 2003), the text of which is annexed to the (2).
This Act shall be enforced as the law of the State.
