In view of the decree of 1 February 1955 and the successive orders, in particular the decree of 29 October 2006, extending the national collective agreement for road transport and auxiliary transport activities of 21 December 1950 And texts which have amended or supplemented it;
Having regard to the amendment No. 72 to Annex 4 of 19 September 2006 (engineers and managers) relating to the salaries and allowances of employees of road passenger transport undertakings to the Convention National collective referred to above;
Having regard to the amendment No. 80 to Annex 3 of 19 September 2006 (technicians and master's officers) relating to the salaries and allowances of employees of road passenger transport undertakings to the collective agreement Above-named national;
Having regard to the amendment No. 82 to Annex 2 of 19 September 2006 (employees) relating to the salaries and allowances of employees of road passenger transport undertakings to the aforementioned national collective agreement;
Vu Amendment No 96 to Annex 1 of 19 September 2006 (Workers) relating to the salaries and allowances of employees of road passenger transport undertakings to the aforementioned national collective agreement;
In view of the request for extension submitted by The signatory organizations;
In view of the notices published in the Official Journal of November 28, 2006;
In view of the opinions gathered during the investigation;
Given the reasoned opinion of the National Commission for Collective Bargaining (Sub-Committee on Conventions and agreements), collected in accordance with the procedure laid down in Article R. 133-2 of the Labour Code,
Stop:
Are made mandatory for all employers and employees included in the scope of the National collective agreement on road transport and auxiliary transport activities of 21 December 1950, as amended by the Agreement of 30 June 2004, the provisions of:
-Amendment No. 72 to Annex 4 of 19 September 2006 (engineers and Executives) relating to the salaries and allowances of employees of road passenger transport undertakings to the aforementioned national collective agreement;
-Amendment No 80 to Annex 3 of 19 September 2006 (technicians and master's officers) Relating to the salaries and allowances of employees of road passenger transport undertakings to the abovementioned national collective agreement;
-Amendment No 82 to Annex 2 of 19 September 2006 (employees) concerning salaries and allowances Employees of road passenger transport undertakings to the abovementioned national collective agreement;
-Amendment No 96 to Annex 1 of 19 September 2006 (Workers) relating to the salaries and allowances of employees of undertakings Road passenger transport to the aforementioned national collective agreement.
The extension of the effects and sanctions of the The aforementioned avenant shall be made from the date of publication of this Order for the remainder of the period to be run and the conditions laid down by those amendments.
The Director General of Labour at the Ministry of Labour, Social Cohesion and Housing and the Director of Railway and Collective Transport in the Ministry of Transport, Equipment, Tourism and the Ministry Shall be responsible for the execution of this Order, which shall be published in the Official Journal of the French Republic.
