ARRETE
Order of 28 January 2004 amending the list of approved pharmaceutical specialities for use by the communities and various public services

The Minister of Health, Family and Disability Issues,
Given the Social Security Code;
Due to the Public Health Code;
Due to the general code of the Taxes, in particular Article 281 octies;
Having regard to Decree No. 82-253 of 16 March 1982 applying Articles L. 618 and L. 619 (L. 5123-2 and L. 5123-3) of the Public Health Code,
Stop:

Item 1


List of Certified Pharmaceutical Specialties for Community Use and Various Utilities is Changed In accordance with the provisions set out in the Annex.

Article 2


The Director General of Health and the Director of Security Shall be responsible for the execution of this Order, which shall be published and its annex to the Official Journal of the French Republic.
